Remember the song Grindin' from the Clipse back 2002... SO GOOD! Anyways that's not what I'm writing about today but will be listening to later 😉.
Lets discuss grinders, buying whole bean coffee is such a game changer. Grinding the beans at home and brewing the coffee your self has such great advantages that you may never buy ground coffee again. Although I’m not against buying ground coffee, I do prefer grinding whole bean at home. Not only can you taste the rich flavors so much better but your kitchen will smell amazing. Coffee grinders help release the oils and heightens the incredible aroma of your beans.
Now, let me just say, coffee grinders can be HELLA EXPENSIVE but there are some that I want to share with you today that won’t break the bank. They may cost about the same as 3 cups of Starbucks coffee. Or more. No shade.
KRUPS Silent Vortex Electric Coffee Grinder-
This coffee grinder is very quiet, just like the name suggests, very easy to use, easy to clean and looks great too! I had this one for a few years before we decided to upgrade. The grinder works great to get the bean from coarse grind for cold brew to fine grind for espresso. (My personal fav)
Cuisinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill-
This grinder works well and looks great in the kitchen as well. The bean holder holds a half pound of beans and has 6 settings for every type of grind, which I love! You just hit the start button and it stops when it is done grinding. Once you figure out what grind you like, how much coffee you want to grind and what setting you prefer, it is a simple process. To top it off, it’s fairly easy to clean up, doesn't take up too much space and does its job quite fast. The only negative quality this grinder has is it can be loud. Just keep that in mind.
Hamilton Beach Fresh Grind Electric Coffee Grinder-
This coffee grinder is great for those who do not grind often. This one can grind up to 9 tablespoons of coffee beans quickly and evenly. It doesn’t make too much noise and has a removable chamber which makes it easy to clean. This grinder is great for starters and works like a charm!
